With 24 years of experience in both NHS and private healthcare settings, I’ve developed a deep expertise in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. I’ve gained extensive knowledge of clinical guidelines and research, and have worked across primary, secondary, and community care, helping patients with complex respiratory conditions like asthma, COPD, Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD), and Bronchiectasis.

My skills go beyond hands-on clinical practice—I’ve also had the opportunity to develop, lead, and manage clinical services, and I’m passionate about educating fellow healthcare professionals on how to diagnose and manage respiratory diseases. I have a particular interest in respiratory diagnostics and love helping others understand its importance.

I offer both short-term and long-term clinical support for primary care respiratory clinics. For diagnostic clinics, I provide high-quality, reliable respiratory diagnostics, including ARTP reversibility spirometry, FeNO testing, exhaled CO testing, peak flow, pulse oximetry, and auscultation.

For follow-up clinics, I tailor services to each patient’s specific needs, which may include things like inhaler optimisation, improving inhaler technique, managing breathlessness without medication, chest clearance exercises, and identifying when a patient might need specialist services such as oxygen assessments or pulmonary rehabilitation.

I’m very comfortable with using EMIS and have a solid understanding of Primary Care QOF requirements, so you can count on me for efficient and accurate support.

With over 20 years of experience in Pulmonary Rehabilitation, I’m here to offer both short-term and long-term support for all aspects of running a Pulmonary Rehabilitation service. Whether you need help overseeing the entire program as a lead—ensuring KPIs are met and services are well-designed—or support with the day-to-day operations, I’ve got you covered.
